Our main focus is on litigating environmental issues that we believe threaten the health, well-being, and natural environment of Will County. These issues are covered by the major environmental laws passed by Congress in the 1970s. We receive help from the Greater Chicago Legal Clinic and larger non-profit environmental justice groups like Earthjustice and Sierra Club. But we do a lot of fieldwork/legwork too. We also provide hands-on learning opportunities for law and business students at local universities.
