 Why Give to Citizens Against Ruining the Environment?

  • CARE is a fully registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit group organized in 1995 to stop the construction of a waste-to-energy incinerator in Lockport. That was our first success and we are proud to say we’ve had many more since then.
